I would definitely recommend this app to everyone. Its very easy to use and I can definitely say that it has been great. The customer service has been exceptional, they answer all of your questions and does so at a very fast pace. Go download it now.

The app is simple and easy-to-use. It can cover all I need for processing a return quickly. The support is fast and helpful. The app seems to being updated with more functions, so I look forward to it.

WOW WOW WOW This is the best app we have installed on our store to date. I was searching for an app to streamline our returns and exchange procedures as this is very time-consuming with customer interaction, we now guide them to use the portal provided by this app and the features and functionality are amazing and can be totally customized to suit your needs. There are options to add images and descriptions for warranty claims and the design and feel is so user friendly for both customer and admin experience. I have to especially thank Tracey from support as she was very patient with my specific requirements and helped guide me through the initial process which is now up and running and will benefit our store a lot. This app is extremely easy to use and makes the process of returns and exchanges simple and straight forward. It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems. Also the customer service is very quick and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. I have never had an issue using Yanet apps because any issue is always addressed customization quickly and efficiently and always willing to go the extra mile to customize things to make it fit my model perfectly. It is always nice to work with a company that is willing to work with me to meet my exact needs.

Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising.

Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing.

TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order.

The app's interface is very intuitive and it allows me to customize the return policy according to my business needs.the customer support team is fantastic and Yanet is always available to help me with any questions or concerns. They were very knowledgeable and responsive, helping me quickly resolve any issues I had.

Overall, I highly recommend the Yanet: Return and Exchange app to anyone looking to simplify the returns and exchanges process. This is an excellent app that exceeded my expectations and I give it five stars without hesitation.
