The app is all over the place. While it does allow reasons/image attachments, and is free, you still lose money because the app doesn't make customers pay for shipping labels or deduct them from the refund amount. The support team is inconsistent with their replies too, and they lie to you just to go on about their day (yes Tracy, I'm talking about you.) Don't use this, you're just going to lose money with this app.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this app’s support team. I reached out multiple times with small issues, and every single time, I was told that nothing could be done. It feels like they are completely unwilling to provide even the most basic customizations or assistance.
While the basic support team is very responsive, the developer team clearly doesn’t care about helping in any way. They refuse to support even the smallest customizations, like changing text or providing any guidance on whether it’s possible to do it yourself.
It’s clear that they don’t care about customer support or improving their service. If you’re looking for an app with helpful support, look elsewhere.
Had really a bad experience using this app, the support team is not giving any support, we just req for the API for our mobile app which we are building through shopify only but they are not ready to give it..

Still no communication on the issues.
Looks like a decent app but we have bneen unable to update any of the emails that would have gone out. 2 stars at it looks decent but has some serious issues with customizing even the emails.
the customer submits a picture a proof that the product is in same condition but it just won't show in the form! its been days and no one fixes it!
