Yanet Returns & Exchanges

Have been using Yanet Returns for about 4 months now and it makes our life so much easier to track returns/exchanges. App is easy to us and their chat help desk (esp Alex) is always attentive and happy to assist with any requests we have.

Leaving a review after 2 months. We patiently waited for 2 months for mere courier integration, as we were asked to do. I connected myself after 2 months, and I am being informed of inability to test a bunch of things for integration like shortage of funds in the account or KYC etc. Where I was informed this will only be a test account, now they added on to the unnecessary requirements. Additionally, we didn't receive a single mail from the team to align and sort out anything! If there was anything needed for the integration, it should have been informed to us. This has been a huge wastage of our precious time. Do not recommend this app.

Olá, eu estou aqui de volta é pelo mega atendimento do Sr. Alex, super competente. Bom, eu baixei o aplicatico e no início achei díficil a configuração. E prontamente e com muita rapidez o Alex me ajudou com todas as configurações. Um aplicativo completo, e de super fácil manuseio depois que você pega as instruções e orientações do Alex. Mais uma vez muito satisfeito com os aplicativos da Yanet, e com o atendimento mega profissional do Alex. Obrigado meu amigo!
