Of the APPs we looked at, this was the best for our store situation (physical store with an online/pick up at the store) and with a 2-type of customer base (contractor and retail), needing separate pricing structures on the website (for each type customer when logged in as contractor, specifically) AND on the POS.

There are a few bugs to work around but a good Shopify Tech can help navigate these issues. I have not had personal contact with customer service, so I cannot speak to this matter.

The registration form is customizable for the B2B customer, but the integration of the data into the metrics of Shopify are limited. This, and the above mentioned tech need, almost cause a reduction of a star, but otherwise it is a 5-star app (unlike some fiasco apps we tried!).

This plug-in works as described. I'm able to create forms and create custom pricing for products within set quantities. Looking forward to enhancing our wholesale capabilities.

Ich reduziere auf 2 Sterne: 5 weiterhin für die App - mit dem Craft Theme hat sie hervorragend funktioniert, 0 Sterne für den Service, der nicht da war wenn man ihn braucht.

Nach 12 Stunden Wartezeit wurde ich nur gefragt ob ich die App auch eingeschaltet hatte, nachdem ich via Shopify Support, der zuvor ebenfalls das Problem untersucht hatte, mich an den Support con ymq b2b gewendet hatte. Danach keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Schade !

Die App scheint mit dem CONCEPT theme von ROAR inkompatibel zu sein.

Info am Rande - die neue App die ich verwende, ebenfalls kostenlos - hatte das gleiche Problem, welches innerhalb von 20 Minuten gelöst war.

Also: Die App ist super, der Support, zumindest in meinem Fall ungenügend.

Great app for creating a wholesale side to your store. Let's you add price breaks and discounts for select customers. Definitely would recommend this if you are a B2B store.

Perfect app. Because the app function is very complex, the background operation is a little complicated, but this does not affect it.
