The app is very powerful and easy to use. I wanted to implement a more complex feature, so I sent an email to consult the support team, and they recorded a detailed video for me, which was very helpful.

I had a small issue and I needed technical support and they emailed me and solved the issue very promptly.

Using this app to do product options with add-ons. Support was quick in helping with fixing a few issue with the theme I'm using. They were also helpful in applying pop-ups for the Shopify options easily. For the most part, the app is very customizable with pop-ups and tool tips to help customers decide.

The staff is extremely helpful in helping me design my options page. The team has been ingredibly helpful and succesfully implemente all my requests. Also, I received answers and solution super fast. Thanks to Ymq team for the support.

UPDATE:
I have now been using this app for a few weeks. The support is quick. The app is reliable and loads every time. It's nice to go into the app and see they are improving and developing new features all the time. I'm still hopefully for an overlay image for items that are out of stock. Fingers crossed this will be a feature very soon. I have tried every product options app Shopify app store. Most are either lacking in feature or way to complex. This app allows you to simply switch an option to available or unavailable. It allows us to overlay an image when the product is selected and to overlay another image when the maximum options have been selected. I would love the developer to allow us to overlay a different image for an option that is out of stock. If you looking for something that works, easy to use, a developer who cares, and doesn't cost silly money then this is the app for you!
