Ymq Product Options & Variants

I used this app to provide up to 30 variants with conditional logic and price add-ons. The customer service team also helped make the price add-ons appear to the product price. They also helped add in a + mark to the price before a price add-on was chosen. This app has helped me provide the desired outcome for my client. The app itself would get a 5 star review and the customer service would get more than a five star review. They are the best customer service I have interacted with in any form. Would highly recommend this app!

Ive been using this app for a while and while it is nice looking and easy to use, my entire store requires personalization for every product just about. Im not sure this app can handle that. What I'm noticing is that it begins to automatically add new products to existing product options without me adding them there and it creates a double option on the product page. I mark all options as required so it is confusing my customers. Ive removed them numerous times and it just adds them right back repeatedly. Ive tried breaking them down into multiple option sets to not "confuse" the app and it hasn't helped. I just added 2 new products and it has done it again. Im at the point of looking into other apps as this is just not working out.

This is the most powerful and easy-to-use product options app I have ever used. They have many more features than those expensive and difficult-to-use apps. Ymq app is very cost-effective. Customer support is also very fast.

I used this app to help make my custom ordering simpler, I spend hours creating invoices with the system I was using before. I was very confused on how to set it up how I wanted it, and they helped me through every step and sent me a step by step video on how to set it up just like how I need it. Excellent customer service! I contact the support team to help out with a little tweak I needed that I couldn't figure out myself. They responded within an hour, accessed the store, and added in the information that I needed on my behalf. Absolutely brilliant! In addition, the actual product itself is really user friendly, and integrates well with my theme (Craft). The conditional logic is self explanatory and creates a very professional looking product page. Excellent all round.
