Highly recommend Yoast for all my SEO needs. Support & onboarding has been fantastic, plus training academy is great for beginners, you get full access to this with a subscription. Very user-friendly and easy to use, even without much prior experience of SEO. The customer support team is very helpful and responsive - we had a fantastic tutorial from Sid who provided lots of useful resources and answered all our questions - would definitely recommend. This makes it easy to implement good SEO practices in your website.

i uninstalled it and they are still charging me and can't get them to stop so watch out

As you uninstalled our app just a day after the beginning of a new billing cycle, Shopify included a charge for it in their invoice, as it identified the app as still in use for an additional monthly subscription.
We understand this is simply a confusion related to the billing dates, so our team will soon reach out to you in order to clarify things and help you with this matter. Please make sure to check your inbox and respond in order to resolve this the soonest possible.
Lastly, we'd like to clarify that we did not respond earlier to your review, as systemically, Shopify reviews are visible within two days after being submitted.

Yoast is great other than whenever i'm typing the descriptions it will sometimes randomly delete or move letters throughout the paragraph.

Love the app! Used Yoast SEO on wordpress...so glad they came over to Shopify. Not sure what the negative reviews are about...we are loving it already. Makes SEO so much easier...just follow the instructions carefully during setup. Shopify makes things a little more tricky for SEO stuff, but this app is awesome as long as you follow the steps. We already are seeing an increase on different blog posts, pages, etc
