Quin did a great job helping me step by step. Everything was explained in detail and it did not take long at all.

I am using this for abandon cart messages, it was fairly easy to set up and it's a very well known trusted brand.

After using it a while I can definitely say that this app is a super-star. It's a must have in the marketing world. It will increase your revenues and it will give you another way to reach out to your customers. Support is terrific and always available to help you solve any problems, even the complex one. I have just upgraded out of their free plan, which already gives you opportunity to make money with flows. Don't forget to set up email campaigns as well, as there are 10,000 free email.

Honestly it's a little confusing and making updates is glitchy because apparently their system needs some cool off time after a recent update. Thank God for their (Yotpo) live chat customer support. Princess (PL) was so helpful and so was AJ T! And I mean helpful helpful. If the support service remains this good then I will continue to use the service. They do have lots of features and integrations
