Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

I just installed the app and am going through its setup. It is a bit intimidating - the items/service descriptions are not intuitive.
Having said that, the support team has been OUTSTANDING. I would probably have moved to something else if it were not for the support team.

SMS marketing & email is the best when with sms bump. This is by far the best app for sms marketing . Their team member is so nice, especially Joann.

I got very fast and good service on their chat option. I just started out and I am in the begining of using the ap but so far it is really nice

Everyone if you think about which SMS marketing tools you should choose, take it! Awesome quick support. They solve all my "problems" in a few minutes. Online chat available in any time!! Thank you for your service! High recommendation :)

Great customer service. Just started using the app on a new store. I have it on another store and it has made a few sales which only end up costing like 5 cents.

Princess is very helpful and fast! I appreciate her! I needed info on policies for my shopify store and she was quick to my aid! I next needed verification on my account and she was quick with this as well!

SMS Bump is great. I use it for all my business and in really increases your conversions. Support team is also amazing.

Really bad app, they keep pausing my flows and automation even after saying I have completed all steps in order to verify the account. I will be perusing legal action for damages as they promised the campaigns would be live 24/7 but they proceed to pause them randomly. One of the worse companies I have ever seen. For sure missed out in nearly 10k net profit due to this app being faulty. I would stay very very well clear of this app. Try kylavio etc. I will be warning all my clients and other people I know using SMS bump to get away from them.

Thanks for Gen's help, she is doing good customer service, but the app was implented yotpo review system, which is annoying.
