New to the app and by no means have implemented all the capabilities but everything works as it should up to this point. Their support is fantastic! Always quick to respond via chat but will go beyond that when you need them. Had an issue with two welcome pop ups (sure it was my fault) but they went above and beyond to get it resolved. Awesome chat support by AJ T. I installed the app yesterday and contacted support but did not get much help initially, possibly I contacted them outside of their working hours. However, when I tried again today, I was totally blown away by AJ T's assistance. AJ helped me to customize my SMS flows for the countries that I am serving and in accordance to Shopify's best practices. AJ has also been very patient throughout. i would recommend this app as it is very beneficial for building a community within your brand and keeping your customers up to date with your store discounts, exclusive access, and more. One thing that is very helpful about this app is that the live chat is available 24/7 to help support your technical needs. Also, the agent I spoke to "PL", was extremely helpful and they were able to fix my issues on their end in a timely manner, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks again PL :)
