Unless app for anyone not based in US, the rates they charge for sending text messages to other countries is ludicrous and not stated anywhere prior to them selling you on a marketing plan, that once purchased and you realize the rip off pricing that was never disclosed prior... Wont be refunded as its a "credit" against your payment.

Unprofessional! Uninstalled the app and they still charged me $60usd and deleted my account so i couldnt get my unused money out. They are even still trying to charge my credit card.
I don't understand how y'all gave this app good reviews. It is completely inaccessible and customer service sucks. They left me high and dry, stole my money and didn't give an explanation as to how it got there. I'm still waiting.
Terrible, don't even bother. Here's why:
1- Custom lists take 3 business days to get approved
2- They obligate you to add unsubscribe/opt-out even in countries where it is not mandatory - while they don't have an unsubscribe/cancel subscription for their own service on their website
3- Support takes forever to answer then closes the chat for inactivity seconds after

5days, I've been writing for 5 days to the customer service because i can't log in to my account which is linked to my shop in Germany and no one is answering, so so frustrating, customer service is really bad.

I had a disgraceful customer service experience. I opened a request for sms sending. There is no solution for 24 hours. Every second is important to us. I asked the request I opened yesterday, they can't give an approximate solution time. I said that I would write a bad comment for this and they said that threat would not create a solution. will I not mention my experience as a customer? then he hung up the speech bubble as if he was slamming the phone in my face. Also, I opened a case about a topic yesterday. Tell them that the speech bubble is not active and they will return by mail. I did not receive any mail until noon. I wrote to the speech bubble again, but that's how the answer came. If you can reply from the speech bubble, why don't you send an email. I use 8-9 shopify tools. I have never seen such bad customer service. I still haven't deleted the tool. I hope they see this and fix it.
Unprofessional. Made me lose so much time and money, they get your account inactive without telling you. Note to their reply : I had no problem with complying, I even asked their support and they told me everything was fine. Many things have to be improved on this app. I advice to rather go to an email solution like Omnisend that have SMS (or Klaviyo too I think).
Paid their fee, then was told we could not upload current customers. We asked them to issue a refund and they denied. Waste of money for us.

SMS Marketing is governed by different regulations in the USA, Europe and Asia/Oceania which most of the times go down to not allowing any uploads unless they are with an explicit written consent, meaning people knowingly opted n for text messages. Our compliance team carefully reviews each request for upload of contacts and when the opt in is too general we would prefer not to put your business at risk.
As far as the refund it has been taken care of.
I cannot upload my list of opt-ins. I've done the work to have customers opt-in and they will not accept that. This is absolutely outrageous and a waste of my time.
