"Lord" a vraiment été à l'écoute, agréable, et très efficace ! il m'a correctement guidé, a été très patient avec moi pour m'expliquer ce que je devais faire. Il a m'a même parlé en français en voyant mon anglais catastrophique !!! Je mets 10/10. Je suis très satisfaite !
