Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

1st time trying this app so far so good djan was helpful in the chat I will write an update when I'm up and running waiting to be verified

The app is really good to create your campaigns and schedule them, so you dont need to worry about the special days.....nice app!

Personally, this was very easy for me to work with and I love how the SMS looks compared to other platforms outside of Shopify. There are some that turns photos into a link but this app sends the actual photo.

I had questions regarding the detailed breakdown charges but Princess (PL) was very helpful and explained it to me.

The only thing I wish is if they allowed you to purchase credits at least every $100 or doing a one time payment for the amount I need. My charges were $248 but it's only allowing me to pay $200 OR $500... which is a huge difference honestly.

Setup was a little tricky but I reached out and a rep named Chris was very helpful. I can't wait to start using this to draw in my customers!

So far so good. If it proves itself over the next 30 days, i'll update to 5 stars.

A little overwhelming but the customer service so far is top notch and they have helped with everything ive needed assistance with.

Marie was very helpful and patient with resolving my issue online. I feel very confident with using this app.

I used this app for my shopify page and ran into some technical issues. Support was fast and helpful.

Customer support was quick. PL was very helpful. Looking forward to seeing how the SMS abandoned checkout flows work for conversion
