Quin is literally the best. My Wi-Fi cut out was gone for a while and when connecting back she gave me plenty of time to fix and change my store to suit your requirements. Not only that she helped me with just about everything i needed help with and sent videos and things like that to explain. can't thank quin enough. THANK YOU

I've faced 2 issues when started with Email marketing. 1st - I was not able to create Email Campaigns, but it was resolved after I contacted support, it took a day or two. And second one was about my account verification, and it was resolved pretty fast with Regie's help. Thanks for that. Overall the app looks good, it has good email customization, fast support team answers, and integration with other Yotpo apps. Recommended.

but today, AJ really helped with my frustration after waiting more than a month for my SMS to be verified, weeks of talking with other agents and received no real help other than allow more time... well AJ did not make me wait and fixed it himself

This is the best SMS app. I use it on all of my stores. Melvin was a great support agent as well, helping me to refund because I was closing once of my stores.
