I contacted the support and they have provided me with the correct information, it is true that they have changed the template a little but nothing that can not be done. Very easy to use and good application, the support very friendly and very attentive.

customer service doesn't exist, the app doesn't work and just loads to a white screen, wrote to them 2 times already and have yet to get a reply.

I had a few problems setting up my email and sms campaigns, but they were all solved with the help of SMSBump's support team, thanks in particular to Regie. Don't hesitate to ask for help on support, they are very responsive.
