AJ is a Top G customer service entrepreneur. He's out there advocating proper hydration whilst simultaneously helping the people with their Email Marketing strategies. Seamless set-up and correspondence with the man AJ T - If 6/5 was possible, I'd give it!

I've not used this app long, because my shop is brand new. But everything has been really easy to setup so far. I was able to set up SMS, I'm just waiting for the TFN validation (toll free number), which is supposed to take about 7 days. That's the number that SMS messages are delivered by.

In the meantime I was able to import my email marketing list from MailChimp with ease, and have my first email scheduled. When I had a question about something that I couldn't find in documentation, live chat rep Quin was really helpful. It was really a live person on the other end, not AI or someone just using copy/paste replies. SO refreshing!

I was drawn to Yotpo because there's not a monthly service fee, I like that I can send 10k emails free every month, and after that I pay for only what services I use. I think this will be a great fit for my small business.
