Just started using this tool I heard nothing but great things about it- Joann C was great helping me get set up

TONIGHT I GOT HELPED BY MARINE E AMAZING AT NAVIGATING AND ACCESSING DOMAINS BUT ALSO ARTICULATING THE DIFFERENT WAYS TO MANEUVER. I LIKED MARINE BECAUSE THE SCREEN SHOTS AND ALSO THEM KNOWING THE ISSUES THAT HELPED ME SOLVE WHY I COULDN'T GET MY DOMAINS CORRECTLY. BECAUSE OF HIM I LEARNED TO EVEN TAKE SCEEN SHOTS ON MY LAPTOP TO COMMUNICATE. EVEN BETTER WITH NOT JUST HIM BUT THE OTHER SHOPIFY CHATS THAT ON HERE. I APPERCIATE THE SMOOTHNESS . THE BIGGEST ONE IS LEARNING THE THINGS NECESSARY FROM A GREAT TEACHER TO DO IT FORSOMEONE ELSE AND MYSELF. THANKS MARINE E

A really good service, and the app works really good, I recommend it a lot! Furthermore it much better SMS marketing than email.

The app was working well without any major problems but had a short outage that told customers that the app wasn't installed when it was. This caused us to re-install the app and thus resulting in losing all of our automations and data. Very unfortunate situation.

I like the app so far & they are patient and super nice. Very helpful. I do recommend, my subscriber list is growing fast.
