Service works well and the price per message is great. When sending to recipients not in the contact list, you have to paste the numbers in one at a time. I tried pasting a list of numbers from Excel (about 30 numbers) and only the first one was accepted. I had to paste all 30 numbers individually.
Marnie was a pleasure to communicate with, I received help right away, I would recommend Marnie every time!
After contacting customer support, they responded immediately and got our account validated promptly. The apps is a must have and their Support team is a joy!

It's not working! It's way too complicated. Support staff gets back to me when they can. The YouTube video instructions did not match the homepage set up for me so I had questions just trying to navigate. Plus, I realized that some of the things I was trying to do were only available if I up-graded. I am on the Free Plan so this is probably not going to work for me.
