Awesome app, but it has not really brought significant ROI yet. I followed the guides and everything, but it just seems like my customers do not respond well to it.

App is great but the email templates could be a lot better. Hard to navigate and edit and customize, other than that, app is great.

Keano was great in helping me with my pop-up issue! Turns out all I had to do was zoom out a little to see my email field as I'm on a laptop. Quick and easy chat. Yay!

I am happy with this app so far. Customer service was excellent. I needed help with the flow for text message marketing and I was able to connect almost instantly via chat with a customer service rep.
