Rip off, Their prices are ridiculously high. I do not recommend them. Also their interface is terrible. YOTOP is scam
Be really aware of this app. They activate subscription even if you didn't sign for and when you contact the support they refuse to refund. My story 0 SMS send = + 100$ bill. Save your money, use another app.

I believe that there is some confusion here. We (and basically every Shopify partner) do not have the ability to activate a subscription without explicit consent from the merchant. This is all regulated by Shopify. With that said, you either activated the subscription yourself or someone did it on your behalf.
With that said, If you decide to try our app again, feel free to contact our 24/7 live agents who can answer every question that you may have.
I REALLY wanted to like this app, because the features like segmentation and Klaviyo integration look awesome. However - I am very tech-savvy and after installing it properly, I realized that for weeks the app had not been collecting subscribers from checkout or sending abandoned cart reminders!
This has lost me a lot of potential revenue =(
I have contacted support twice, with no resolution as to why it's not working for me.
I've just switched back to Postscript.io and without any tinkering at all, it is successfully collecting subscribers for me and sending abandoned cart text reminders for my store.
We REALLY wanted to help this client. We tried to get in touch about 12 times on multiple channels. Email, FB and no response.
We had our team check and unfortunately all issues were due to the fact that he had a modified checkout. Something he did and it seems the app recommended did custom for them. Unfortunately after telling our findings and being promised a staff account the customer never responded. Its been 2 weeks now and it seems the customer just does not want to respond back.
Also the bad part about all that is that the customer's checkout is not TCPA compliant. Not sure who set it and how and why messages are sent at all when there is no explicit consent. For anyone reading this be very careful as this is how you may get in trouble!
Entirely too expensive for what’s sent- very poor customer service that never responds to messages and stole my money when I uninstalled, claiming even though I paid $20 in my balance, they wouldn’t refund what was left when I closed my store. Which is written nowhere in any policy and they couldn’t show screenshots of proof either. Go to loyalshops instead- it’s free and customer service FAST and excellent.
Be careful of this app, support is horrible too. When asking for a detailed list of the spending, they will just ignore you or ask for more of your information which have nothing to do with the problem you have.
App didn't even work properly, customer couldn't use it and then had double the work.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. I switched over months ago to use their new email marketing software. After 3 months of using it, they were never able to fully import my email list. I went back and forth and eventually never received any help from their "tech team." I also had a problem where my links in my normal-sized links (which led to my website) in my emails would turn into massive page-long links that would direct people to an error page. No one at yotpo could figure out how to fix it. Then I started having problems with the DNS records not connecting to their platform. So I literally could not send emails for a week, with no help on the problem. Their support is helpful for really small things, but they frequently forward your problems to their "tech team" which is actually a black hole, and no one ever responds.
I think their SMS is probably fine, but whatever you do, do not switch over and use email no matter how great they make it sound.

Reset password does not work. Extremely annoying and if you own multiple stores they make you bind everything together which is also another issue

It's been twice that I spoke to you guys, they say checking your profile and totally disappear. What nuisance is this?
Been using it for about 3 months, sent few 1000's recover sms's and suddenly stopped working. The sms's stopped sending to customers. I contacted support to help us solve the problem and she just didn't understand me, maybe support don't speak english, i only received copy-paste messages that weren't answering my questions. I felt like she was joking with me. Not okay to judge a whole company by 1 person, but i can't stay without sms recover so i'll have to find another app.
