I spoke with a DALE and they were AWESOME! They even have a great sense of humor which I personally love! They were so patient with me and helped me resolve my SMS problem. This company and staff has been good to me! No complaints!

So far i am loving the app and finally getting used to my store on shopify. Hoping this will be a successful year! BIG SHOUT OUT TO REGIE C - - who helped me validate my site by adding all the correct legalities for sms marketing where they need to be. It was directed to me super easily, youtube videos if i needed a visual which was a great help. Please get more people like Regie C to help - - has the patience of a saint :)

I am new and just setting up my SMS Marketing & Email with Don B and he has been very patient and kind while walking me through the app for my website. The response time for support was extremely quick and with a LIVE person which sets the bar even higher as most apps only provide bots. For that, I highly recommend using this service.
