为什么不开通中文啊?我看不懂英语
I'm really liking Yotpo and really like that the prices are based on usage rather than number of customers (number of customers pricing going up with time even if your revenue stays the same because your customer count grows every month even when leveled out). The email template editor seems a bit buggy but I got though it all. I had some wonderful help from Princess and JoAnn! Very knowledgeable and made sure my issues were dealt with. With features like flow, Yotpo has a learning curve, but not too bad. Its VERY customizable.
Great app, very easy to use after having issues on previous email marketing apps. We love that we are charged by what we actually send out, rather than a flat monthly fee, so that on slower months with less marketing, we are spending less. When we did run into a technical issue, Joann was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happened and made sure to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for resolution.
Quin was great and provided me with all the links I needed for verification. Quin was able to get everything over to me quickly and the whole process was completed quicker than I thought! This app as a whole has been our go to marketing resource and we are still learning more about all it can do.
I have going back-and-forth between a few other SMS + email apps. Since Yotpo has been so easy to set up and also focuses on the customer interactions and reviews, as a small business I believe this is the best solution. Quin has been helping me through the process to get verified for SMS and it was easy clear and fast.
Update - I just had to verify SMS and Melvin was an awesome rep. Helped me to verified. still have to wait a week or so.
I’m giving 5 stars because I know they are trying. However if you use the free version you will get texts from customers but you can’t read or reply to them unless you upgrade. That’s not acceptable on my end to leave customers hanging. It needs to be changed. Either remove that capability for the free version or limit the amount of customers. Other than that it seems to perform ok.
A pretty good app that helps with communicating with customers and announcing sales and such!
I had an issue with logging in and accidental charges, and John D. helped me resolve it quickly and they will be refunding me, which I very much appreciate!
We've been using SMSBump for nearly 2 years now and the return campaign fees and monthly subscription is a complete no-brainer. If you're not using text message marketing in your marketing strategy, please do yourself and your business a favor and do it. Granted there are tons of apps but SMSBump's customer support sets them apart...not just the other text messaging apps but all of the apps we have connected to our store...SMSBump's support has been the absolute best - always available, always super effective (not just sending links to their support/help desks), and super pleasant! Joann, Quin's and Princess' (PL) support really stands out! Keep on keeping on!
