Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

This is one of the best re-engagement apps on Shopify. We were doing only email before and were happy with it, but text messages have a 100% open rate so this is a great addition.

I love this app. It's a must have for retargeting warm customers. Good layout and variations on themes for collecting subscribers and sending sms. Recommend!

Been using this app for a while. Even though we haven't explored it fully and had any successful hits on email campaigns, this one comes at the top of the list for the app interface. Wish there is an export button to download the data instead of raising a support ticket. What stands out is their support service. The support team is Awesome! They always make sure to get our queries resolved. Both Aleksandar and Simeon were very kind and resolved our queries. Sorry if we missed out on any names; they're a bunch of friendly support teams that we can always rely upon. We liked the support service more than the app itself :)

I'm trying to grow my business and SMSBump is just the one I needed in terms of SMS retargeting. I was struggling to set up my account and Simeon was very proactive and patient with me. Thank you :)
