Customer service was very helpful! I did have some text messages that failed to send for unknown reasons. Would like a feature to automatically send or manually resend text messages that fail instead of having to create a campaign to resend them. A more in-depth reason for a failure of sent messages would also be nice.

Simple but powerful app. Very easy to use and set up. I will say the validation process can be a bit, annoying. I understand the legal aspect of it and It's not time-consuming but if there's a way to avoid that one step it would be even better.

Customer support was nice and fast and the validation process was not long either so that's a plus. I'd recommend using the app 100%.

I've recently downloaded this app and it has been going very smoothly so far didn't give it a 5 star cause I've just started to use it
