This app works great and has helped me salvage many abandoned orders. And thanks for the help of customer service. Recommend everyone to use.

Marnie was very helpful and patient while I was setting up the policies via my phone. It took me a while, but Marie was available as soon as I completed the task.

The chat support within SMSBump is next level. The representative PL who helped me was super responsive and attentive to my questions. She helped me navigate the validation process step by step so i could get back to working on my brand. This SMS chat support feature is way more efficient that emailing back and forth or waiting to speak with a representative on the phone.
