Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

Je n'ai pas encore pu tester l'application longuement mais j'ai eu des soucis pour faire fonctionner les relance de panier et l’assistance par chat m'a était d'une grande aide !

We own 3 stores and have installed this app on all 3 after a very successful trial on one of them. Some things we liked:
> Highly customisable and a lot of functionality
> Very responsive customer service & troubleshooting
> Interesting developments in the roadmap
All in all a very good complement to push & email

Joann C was awesome! Very helpful helping me set up separate text list and on how to connect my mailchimp account with SMS Bump.

I needed some assistance with my SMS and Lord assisted me but when he did he noticed another issue with my SMS so he informed me about it and we are getting the task took care of. If he hadn't noticed the issue I would've still had failed troubles. Thanks Lord

John was awesome and very helpful. Issue resolved right away. I had issues before and could not get it figured out but he was amazing.

This app was one of the easiest to set up. There help section was second to none. All the folks I spoke to on chat were awesome, very helpful.
