Staff are super helpful, especially Melvin and Joann. The platform is good, but the dashboard is super complicated and not user friendly, plus the form builders don't work well in Chrome on the desktop due to a bug, so it's impossible to access any options further down the screen. Switching over to Edge solved the issue.
My experience with Yotpo has been great. The agent who assisted me, Quin, was a huge help in guiding me through the process!
Chat support Regie C is amazing, she helped me quickly resolve things.
The downside is the app itself, after I set up the flow, it didn't go thru, no clear instructions were given to set up the account validation, had to go to support for help and wait for half an hour.
App is very cool and the staff is extremely helpful! Specifically, Regie helped walk me through the process of ensuring the features were successful on my page.

There's definitely been some kinks to work out and the email formatter is pretty slow/doesn't always work, but AJ T from customer service was very helpful. Joann C was also helpful.
Melvin helped me with a questioni had in a friendly and good way. i hope i can talk to him again once im able to go live on my website.
