Recently installed the APP. Very easy to use. I ran into a little issue re policies and SMS but contacted and spoke to Melvin, had me sorted within a few minutes . Very happy with this app and customer service is amazing.
While setting up my account to make it compliant with the USA and Canada so I can do SMS marketing Marnie helped me out on the live chat and response was fast, even though we had some few mistakes on my end setting up we worked together to fix them quickly so now I wait for the rest of the back end process. If only Facebook had live support like other Shopify apps lol. Thanks Marnie, I hope I get to set up my campaigns soon :- )
When I was having trouble verifying my account John had took time to help me out with fixing my issue. I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to use my Shopify store but he came to my rescue. I recommend sms bump to any new beginner because they will literally walk you through and help you.
Joann was kind and helpful as she walked me through my store verification process. I am looking forward to making the best use of this App. Thank you.

PL from customer service was quick to help with a concern I had with SMS Bump. I like the app. It's easy to use. While it is expensive, it was faster to set up than Klaviyo. Provided I can start generating more sales, I plan to use this super helpful app for years to come.
Regie was super helpful, friendly and listed all the steps very clearly and easily for me. On top of that he was very, very patient with me while I did everything which I appreciate because I was taking a long time trying to figure everything out. Love this is app as well super customizable and user friendly.

Very responsive support. I had a problem sending SMS messages. I contacted support. Rock quickly understood what was going on and told me what to do to validate my account.
In a few minutes, the problem was resolved.
