I was overwhelmed during the installation but after my virtual appointment with Irene and Nikki, I feel confident. Irene was very helpful and had a simple response to each of my questions. John D from the support team emailed me even before I was done with Irene. I also appreciated Keanu in the quick chat box. I look forward to using Yotpo and working with the same team as my business grows. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend using this service.

This App has saved week’s of hard work for my staff for they were texting customers manually. You will get excellent support from Mike the creator. He went far and beyond to work with my team in setting up SMSBump. We are very happy with the results we received and are looking forward to using the Abandoned Cart service.
