The chat support within SMSBump is next level. The representative PL who helped me was super responsive and attentive to my questions. She helped me navigate the validation process step by step so i could get back to working on my brand. This SMS chat support feature is way more efficient that emailing back and forth or waiting to speak with a representative on the phone.
Marnie was great to work with and helped me out without any confusion at all.. very helpful. even checked on me to make sure i was still on line i couldn't ask for anyone better. great services

I've just recently been using SMS Bump to reach out to my customers and the process to set everything up to do so is very easy thanks to the guides that they include. And validating your account is even easier because you have a live representative to walk you through everything. In my case I had Lord and Keano to help and I couldn't have had a better experience.
