Great app, works really well and is fairly user friendly. Customer service, particularly PL, was very easy to work with and resolved my technical issue extremely quickly. Also extremely friendly! Would recommend :)

I recently had a great experience with Yotpo’s chat support. The representative was patient, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly. I had them for the pass 2 Years and it was great when they set it up for me. But since we moved out store to another shopify account and asked for help transferring over our campaigns we had setup they we no help and never tried to help in fact closed my ticket. I now had to eliminate them from my new shopify account and us my credits I had remaining and sms/email blast everyone and updating customers about our changes. If you ask me I did find a better solution YMS for my sms and will be needing someone new for my reward and loyalty program as I wont be using them for that either.

Great app, very easy to use after having issues on previous email marketing apps. We love that we are charged by what we actually send out, rather than a flat monthly fee, so that on slower months with less marketing, we are spending less. When we did run into a technical issue, Joann was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happened and made sure to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for resolution.

Brilliant app - could be a little more user friendly with editing emails etc but on the whole has been great!
