Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

Fairly new to Yotpo and I was having minor issues figuring some things out and Marnie was fantastic at helping me get through the process. Very grateful for her making it all an easy process! Thank you for your help and giving me the knowledge I needed right on the spot!

Very responsive support. I had a problem sending SMS messages. I contacted support. Marnie quickly understood what was going on and told me what to do to validate my account.
In a few minutes the problem was resolved.

John D and his team assisted me in setting up a pop-up on my store which offers a percentage discount to new and existing customers who sign up for email and SMS. I do think the App can increase customer visits and can increase customer sales but I have no experience with the app. I would like to get a more proactive approach from the team to advise me or recommend the best actions I need to take on the free plan or the most cost-effective options available to improve the operation of my website.
