This app actually works well. Agent Joann C is an amazing customer support person, he assisted me in seconds when I needed help.

its great just can be a bit confusing here and there. I needed to ask questions but the 24/7 chat service was great. Gen helped me quickly and efficiently to get my issue sorted :)
