YotPo needs extended hours for support. Marnie was great and resolved the issue as soon as someone came on line.

Really good marketing platform, does everything I need it to do!! The dashboard can be a little daunting when you first see it but don't let this put you off. Its a super powerful marketing platform and does everything you need... and more. Thanks to John d who had a lot of patience to help me through some issues I was having as a new member. I also had fantastic help from Reggie, so much thanks to both of you. I am not just saying this, the app is that good for me, it becomes almost addictive when using it and configuring your marketing strategies. Highly recommended and you won't need any other marketing platform than this one <3 <3
At first I really hated this app but, after "P.L" helped me complete several things, everything was perfect. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. Regie was EXTREMELY helpful when completing the verification process for my toll free number. I have used this app for my previous business, and it helped me gain returning customers with the campaigns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
BE CAREFUL - Abandoned Cart Reminders are not working if the abandoning customer is not a subscriber which is ABSURD!
This is not a marketing email, it's a reminder! I tried to explain that to their support and ask them fix the automation flow for cart abandoning emails, but they still did nothing!
Even Shopify Email app is allowing abandoned cart reminders to be send to non-subscribed abandoners, but not Yotpo. They think they know better.... It's like non-sending email confirmation with tracking because customer didn't click "subscribe to email marketing". :D
