App is pretty buggy/frustrating to use at times but has great features. Contacted support and Marnie was very helpful and proactive in solving my issues!

Whole process is really easy and is easy to learn and navigate and Quin was very helpful on setting up my account.

It's a great tool to engage with customers. I had problems with verifying the account and TFN, the customer service rep AJ did a wonderful job to finish the process.
