unfortunately marketing promises more than what the product actually delivers. Onboard and IP warming process is very manual and segmenting are limited. There billing process is fair, the software is fast & responsive, and support (Melvin) was great. With the lack of limited shopify marketing integration and extremely aggressive push towards SMS doesn't look like this platform is the right choice for us.

YotPo needs extended hours for support. Marnie was great and resolved the issue as soon as someone came on line.

Certain things about the customization seemed quite limited to me, so I deleted it. However, customer service is a solid 10, quick service, quality. Thank you Melvin for helping me with deleting my account.

Update: The product is good on basic usage, but it's not reliable.
we've faced so many bugs and issues and although the support team is very helpful and follows our issues but it's still a bit frustrating to face issues on running anything new or when checking some of your current automation.
Hopefully, the product become more stable.

So far, we are completely satisfied with this app.
It's very easy to set, performance is acceptable even compare to more expensive products, pricing is fair and their support team chat is wonderful.
Overall I think it's a great choice for Shopify businesses.

The app is good at what it does and seems to be growing. On the other hand some things are frustrating, it falsely reports revenue by changing whatever currency you sell in to dollars without currency conversion. Another issue is you can't pay as you go per sms if you want to do things like birthday messages via reconvert, it forces you into a monthly fee.
EDIT: It went downhill after getting acquired by Yotpo. Syncing is unreliable, support is poor & automations don't always work. Switched to Postcript!

so far great customer service. but a little too expensive for what is offered. and if you want to be do more its overpriced.

Thanks for Gen's help, she is doing good customer service, but the app was implented yotpo review system, which is annoying.
