Yotpo: Email Marketing & SMS

I’ve been using SMSBump for abandoned carts, SMS marketing, post-purchase flows, campaigns and honestly, everything else. There is no real rival to this app on the market. It does it all, and it does it flawlessly.

What makes it even better is the amazing support team. Today, I was assisted by Rock N, who showed exceptional patience and professionalism. They helped me solve my issue quickly and efficiently. Huge thanks to them!

I'm only just getting started, but the user interface of the app is clear and easy to navigate. I had a few questions when I first started and Rock N in the customer service team was really helpful. They explained everything clearly and even logged into my Shopify account and helped me add the terms I needed to add on the privacy policy to make sure I was verified correctly. Highly recommend so far!

I had some issues with the text messages and with the triggered emails and messages. I reached out to their customer support department and PL was awesome in helping me figure things out!
