Great app, very easy to use after having issues on previous email marketing apps. We love that we are charged by what we actually send out, rather than a flat monthly fee, so that on slower months with less marketing, we are spending less. When we did run into a technical issue, Joann was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happened and made sure to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for resolution.
This is one of the best apps we use for our small business! It has helped us a lot with getting new customers and also staying connected with them! We highly recommend getting this app for your business!
Great app, works really well and is fairly user friendly. Customer service, particularly PL, was very easy to work with and resolved my technical issue extremely quickly. Also extremely friendly! Would recommend :)
