This app is great to handle customer review seamlessly. Great customer service and automated review request notifications.
I thought that moving reviews from our old product to our updated products was going to be a hassle. Luckily Jeorge, was there to walk me through every step. I will be quick to ask for more help if I need it.
The app is really easy to use. They added on some extra featurs for the frree plan so it got even better.
I am trying out growth plan ( paid) now). Michelle helped me check my widgets , coupon codes and emails were set up OK. Thanks Michelle

Makes it so easy to collect reviews! Whenever I need help I am able to connect with an agent very quickly. James helped me recently so I could manually request reviews on a specific product I am trying to grow.

Update 16/05/2023 - SO QUICK TO RESPOND!!! I love these guys!!! Assistance was requested with updating the widget in a new theme and they had it done in no time.
Update 23/04/2021 - The team is very quick to help and they go out of their way to note how else they can assist. Highly recommend this app. Great app, works well with their Loyalty and Rewards app. We had a couple of issues setting it up, but the team was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. I love that there's an option to use it for free on a small scale and only pay as orders grow.

Great app. Collects lots of reviews for our website and allows us to respond when necessary before posting below star ratings. Cust service is also very responsive. If you have an online store you definitely need this app.
