Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Fantastic App - Thanks so much guys getting great feedback and insight into our products from it - keep up the good work :)

I wanted to change the location of the review carousel on my home page so I email the support team. They fixed in 2 days! Amazing app, I'd recommend for anyone who's using Shopify.

The ONLY thing I don't like about this app is that it says it is a drag and drop (or however you say it) and it's not. I had to get help from someone at Yotpo to add it to my website, however that service was EASY and GREAT. I am super happy with how they installed the app.

Orly helped me with a tab, he was kind, giving a quick anwer to my request. This is the second time I receive help from Yotpo team.

I like the app. it builds lot of trust in the products and also streamlines my customer interactions post purchases.

By far the most useful app I have in place. Certified customer site and product specific reviews have added credibility and trust to the site.

Yotpo has allowed me to respond to unsatisfied customers and turn them into loyal customers.

I have been using Yotpo for over a year and the continual improvements and added features are impressive.

This app is, in my opinion, essential for growing your online reputation and business..

Really grateful for the chat system they have. I recently got one of those scam reviews where they try to advertise their email to get customers to purchase a service which is so annoying that these scammers are such Pest! Thankfully Yotpo customer service rep Jeorge Kenneth V was very helpful and resolved my issue! Thank you!

We are using the YOTPO app and it works extremely well, then we linked the reviews to our Facebook account and the customer service was above and beyond, as well as extremely patient with this non techie person.

Simoun Francis was up to speed right away and resolved the issue we had. We have been using Yotpo for a few years now and upgraded to the paid version a year ago. No regrets and can recommend. 5 stars.
