Their customer service was extremely responsive and helpful to our brand's situation! They walked me through the steps I needed to take to syndicate our reviews between different SKUs and I was able to do it quickly and easily. They even provided links for additional help and were able to access pages I could not access from my brand's subscription.

Ruzsel John has truly made my day with his exceptional support and understanding. From the moment I reached out with my concerns, Ruzsel took the initiative to ask me to screenshare, which was a first for me. This proactive approach allowed him to dive deeply into the issues I was facing.

During the screenshare, Ruzsel was able to quickly identify and diagnose several problems that had been troubling me. These included a persistent issue with a double star rating appearing on each product page, a problem where the store reviews were not displaying correctly on the website, and a technical glitch where the website domain on Yotpo was still showing the Shopify string, even though my primary domain on Shopify was set correctly.

Reviews are the lifeblood of any small business so getting it right is extremely important. And as a small business owner, getting things setup is a matter of doing it yourself. So great technical support is key especially when you don't set it up quite right. Jann M. from Yotpo is a star!
