Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Wow - what customer service from Yotpo and Leizel. I struggle with any coding and the back-end and kindly asked for assistance. I have three major implementations and every time Leizel kindly and quickly did everything for me. Nothing was too much and my website is looking fab now. Would highly recommend and Leizel should win an award for outstanding customer service. thanks so much :)

I'm using Yotpo primarily as an excellent review app with automatic review reminder emails. I've seen it in various Shopify stores that I like, so I thought I would use the same. I had an issue getting it set up, as the theme I had chosen for my site (Simple - free Shopify theme) was cutting off part of the CSS for the reviews widget on the product pages. We aren't sure why that happened but support was able to help me get it fixed and it works great now! Set up was fairly simple though in all other regards. Thanks to Yotpo's support for the great customer service. I'll be a long time customer. UPDATE: I updated my theme and Gimbert helped me fix a quick issue fast. Great support! Thanks. ANOTHER UPDATE: I updated my Turbo theme to use the 2.0 features and Nick S hooked it up and fixed some minor issues for me. Thanks!

I used this app to help me display all my reviews in one place and it does it perfectly. As a start-up business I don't have many reviews so having them in one place really helps my business social proof. I love that even at the free level I can automate reviews emails and a have a reviews tab displayed automatically on my site. Love this app. Its a must on my site and highly recommend!
