I found pretty good experience up to now with yotpo. Api service are awesome.I personally recommend this app for review and ratings.

I have been using Yotpo several years,great service by Leizel D.I have seen Yotpo grow and enjoy its growing list of services.

We are using this app for product rating. We run two different shops based on shopify and both shows reviews with Yotpo. But one of the most important issue is having a perfect support if needed.
