Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

My reviews were not showing on my website, but after chatting with the support team they were able to get them displayed. I rate the app 4 stars because of the price and the limitations. However I would give 5 stars to the support agent Orly.

We had the pleasure of working with Nick S, he was so patience, thorough and kind. He went above and beyond for our team, and we could not be more delighted at the leval of his service. Nick deserves a raise and should be looked at for many other opportunities to come. We are very thankful and grateful for his leavel of service. Thank you Nick for all you do! I needed some help, and the chat operator named Robertini was beyond helpful. He help me with some installation problems, he was extremely nice, fast, and in no time everything was set-up. thank you.

Easy to use, and the layout looks great for any store. Also the customer service team is very helpful.

We are at the 400 orders per month mark. We started by using the free version to test things out. Just using the free version we were able to generate 25 product reviews within a week. For a free app we got a ton of value. We have since upgraded to the paid version. Great customer service as well.
