Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I love this app and have had it for over 2 years now. I recently upgraded the plan and needed help with a few things and the online chat feature has saved me a lot of time.

I use this app to help me collect reviews and so far so good. The customer service is on point and very responsive. I needed help adding my reviews to my product pages and Jeorge investigated my issue and promptly fixed it and added it to my theme. The customer service never disappoints!

Wow! This little app has been absolutely terrific for our Shopify store. We love that it can be nicely customized and new features are being added. Fantastic!

Our customers had amazing things to say about Turtlebacks, but we had no way of capturing and displaying their feedback. Eunice helped me quickly and efficiently solve my issue. I needed to get yotpo re-integrated with my Shopify site and she was able to update the code to make it display again. Very helpful!
