YOTPO is a fantastic app to help drive conversions by word of mouth of your very own customers. The thing that sets them apart is their customer service team. While we had issues getting into our account after employee turnover, they stuck by us and got us access. When setting our site up, I easily sent 4 emails a week with questions and customization requests. They were prompt in their responses and helped us get our site looking and performing the exact way we want it. Thank you to Orly, Elven, and Doner for all your help!

Really nice app! Installation smooth as silk, support is great too. Response time is very quick, and I got my questions answered and issues handled really fast. Reviews began coming in almost immediately, so it's all working! Yay!

I switched from Product Reviews to Yotpo and am extremely happy. I specifically wanted an app that would email customers after the sale (MAP) and Yotpo does that! In fact, I have gotten tons of reviews since installing Yotpo and the MAP feature. Sasha Marchuk at customer service moved my old reviews from Product Reviews, so I didn't miss any reviews from the old app.
