I love Yotpo. The app is super easy to use and the support staff is very knowledgeable. Every time I call in her help they are right there to walk me through any questions. Highly recommend this app

If you aren't using Yotpo, you are losing money! It is important to know what our customers think of our products. But it also follows up automatically with all sales to prompt the user to write a review. If they do, they get a discount offer which does what . . . generates more sales! I am not very computer literate so the app itself gave me a few issues when I was trying to convert my reviews from one platform to another. Customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! They saved the day and were very patient as we navigated the entire process through email correspondence. I would highly recommend based off of the customer service alone!! Diane was the absolute best!
