Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Doner P - was super super helpful when i was speaking with her on the live chat.
I was able so ask several questions which she guided me through & also helped out in the back end of my shopify page. I appreciated her support so much. She was very kind & patient too.

I am not very computer literate so the app itself gave me a few issues when I was trying to convert my reviews from one platform to another. Customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! They saved the day and were very patient as we navigated the entire process through email correspondence. I would highly recommend based off of the customer service alone!! Diane was the absolute best!

Gimbert was super quick to help me get my widget back up on my site with our new theme we added. Love Yotpo!

The support with Yotop is amazing! I put a support ticket through about where I'd like the review stars to sit on my product pages - and the turnaround was under an hour. Very, very pleased with this App ;-)

I have used this app for a long time and it works seamlessly and should you perchance have any issue the support is outstanding. Highly recommend. :)

YOTPO is a fantastic app to help drive conversions by word of mouth of your very own customers. The thing that sets them apart is their customer service team. While we had issues getting into our account after employee turnover, they stuck by us and got us access. When setting our site up, I easily sent 4 emails a week with questions and customization requests. They were prompt in their responses and helped us get our site looking and performing the exact way we want it. Thank you to Orly, Elven, and Doner for all your help!

Great customer service! Response promptly and always can fix my issue. Have been using this app for our website over 2 years now and would like to keep it!

Ran into a bit of a snag with the installation but the support team was exceptional! Support (Rhenant) at Yotpo had the install completed in 10 minutes and reviews were showing on my site. Great interface, easy to use for you and your customers.
