Everything would have been fine if I hadn't noticed the problems that managers have been unable to solve for a long time. In fact, the support work is at zero level: one says one thing, the other says another, and as a result, something completely different happens. Support may claim something is impossible without providing evidence, and then apologize when evidence to the contrary is presented. ...

Honestly, it was a long way to get our review from our previous review app to Yotpo. Your support manager Daniel helped me a lot with importing reviews and answered all my questions patiently. I like it and thanks a lot for help!

Just got the app and has been great! Needed help adding star rating and thanks to Doner P. we got it up in running! Customer service has been great so far!
update: we had to update our theme to the latest version so we had to re-add the star ratings. Ruzsel J was super helpful and fixed the problem
