The free version has more than enough great features for beginning sites.

Another one of our sites gets a HUGE number of reviews, more than some competitors with 10x-100x the traffic, simply due to the follow-up emails.

Hoping to see the same with this site.

yotpo works great for my product they have great support, Ed. helped me customize css of plugin which was extremly helpfull and saved me money!

The customer support solved my problems very quickly. I wanted to customize review carousels for displaying on different pages and the Yotpo team helped me with the code and implementation with perfect explanation, and even tested it out before responding to me unlike what most companies would do.

Easy to install and use. It immediately started generating reviews on my preorders which means I'll be launching with reviews displayed on my site. Excellent support, too. I was unable to install the stars to my product page but support agent Radly did it for me quickly which was great and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

I've used yotpo for years now and any issue I've had, they've stepped right in to help me out. I recently worked with Danreb..and he responded fast and helped to fix my issue quickly.

The service was very good. I met the problem that the file could not be imported and uploaded. I helped me complete the upload and told me the specific cause of the problem. This app is very useful.

Danreb was amazing! The customer service is so fast!! The only thing I could say, is I think the navigation to get to customer service should be more clear. I didn't see it at first, but overall I am happy with the app and my experience so far
